Who we are. Otterstein Advisory (otterstein.org) provides advisory services to companies and leaders. For anything in this policy, contact info@otterstein.org.

What we collect. Contact form submissions (name, email, your message). Order and billing information when you purchase a service, processed by Squarespace Payments Questionnaire responses when you take part in an audit or engagement. Basic usage data and cookies (see Cookies below).

Why we collect it. To respond to you, deliver the services you purchase, invoice and keep legally required records, and understand how the site is used. The legal bases under the GDPR are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running the business, legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

Who processes it. Squarespace hosts this site and processes payments through Squarespace Payments; we never see your full card details. Questionnaire and fit-check responses are stored with Supabase on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Confirmation and notification emails are sent through Resend from info@otterstein.org. Our own mailbox runs on Proton Mail. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising.

Client confidentiality. Audit questionnaires and advisory materials are treated as confidential, used only to deliver the engagement, and never shared or published without written agreement.

How long we keep it. As long as needed for the purpose we collected it, then deleted. Invoices and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email info@otterstein.org and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.).

Cookies. This site uses essential cookies needed for it to function (for example, checkout and login) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies that help us understand site usage. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner, and change your choice anytime by clearing cookies in your browser.

Changes. Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
