Who I am…
I've spent a decade as a senior operations leader inside one of the most deliberately designed company cultures in the world, with a vantage point most operators never get: legal, tax, finance, product, engineering and content, across the entire business.
What I learned there, and what I practice personally, is the same discipline: write down how you decide, remove what doesn't serve the work, and protect the conditions under which people do their best thinking. You can find my personal Principles here, and I look forward to working on yours, together.

Otterstein Advisory is that discipline, offered to companies at consequential moments.
Who I help…
Smart, capable teams that are over-specialized and stuck solving problems too narrowly.
Leaders facing novel or ambiguous challenges where established playbooks no longer apply.
Organizations where growth has outpaced their ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute calmly.
Socio-technical problems that are being treated as purely technical or purely people issues.
Change efforts that stall because insight exists, but integration across perspectives does not.
Who I choose not to help…
Organizations looking for a quick fix, a scapegoat, or external validation.
Leaders who default to replacing people instead of helping them succeed.
High-control environments where inflexibility or blame substitutes for leadership.
Companies that prioritize optics, speed, or certainty over learning and long-term health.
